Refund Policy

Digital services or subscriptions can generally be submitted for refund within 7 days of purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

Completed and delivered custom work, abusive accounts, or termination for violating the terms may not qualify for a refund.

Provide your order number, purchase email, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the provider.

Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or failed payments. We will reconcile the transaction with the payment provider and take corrective action.
